That’s me (the one who isn’t a teenager) in 2016 with my AICE Math 2/APStats class.  These students met 90 minutes per day to prepare for three exams: AICE Math 2 paper 3 (Advanced Calculus), AICE Math 2 paper 7 (Advanced Statistics), and AP Statistics.  They also ran a carwash to raise funds for the Barbara Jamison Scholarship, and to have these fun math joke T-shirts made in memory of Barb.  This is the last group of seniors at Oasis High School that she taught way back in Pre-AICE Math when they were sophomores.

I have the honor of preserving Barb’s legacy not only in the classroom but also as Managing Director of the Barbara Jamison Scholarship Corporation.  Her scholarship can help hard-working young men and women, like these kids, defray the cost of their university education.
